Operations Overview

Since our founding in February 2021, we have already provided services to several of the most important players in our field such as SES, Dentsu / Oranda, TBS, OBS, Olympic Channel, LiveU Sports and others.

Our operations span two main categories:

  • On-site Operations and Services: Where we provide staff, equipment, and complex delivery for major sporting events around the world.
  • Remote Support for Streaming Services: Where we provide remote technical assistance, private clouds, and support for streaming services for various events.

Our Project Approach

Project Preparation

Each project requires different preparation and a different technical solution. Unlike in large companies, solutions are independent of manufacturers and existing inventory.

The emphasis is on customers having good understanding of all aspects of the proposed concept and possible alternative solutions. The choice of solution is optimized together with the customer and based on their project needs.

Our core team designs and prepares the project in the pre-sales phase, optimizes it together with the client, and someone from this team also leads our on-site operation. This ensures the continuity of presentation of solutions and documentation for individual clients, which are all tailor-made.

Customized Approach

The documentation is developed during the project, maintaining the continuity of the format. Every customer and every Major Event is unique, therefore the principle is to apply individual approach, aligning offer structures and pricing model with the customer needs and thinking from the customer's point of view.

The possibility of easy expansion of services in as short time before the event or during the operation is one of the advantages of our solutions. The client is informed in advance about the scope and limits of these possibilities.

For each project, the local situation is carefully considered and the solution also takes into account other services for the same client running in parallel during the same period. Close and open cooperation with clients is very important for the best use of all backups and spare parts.
